Do you take my insurance?
I am not on any insurance panels. I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance. However, out-of-network deductibles will apply. Most FSA and HSA plans will allow mental health counseling as an allowable expense.
Do you have openings in your schedule?
Currently, I have some availability for new clients. We can set up a time to discuss further whether it would be a good fit.
Do you see clients in-person or on Zoom?
Primarily I see clients remotely on Zoom. I will offer periodic visits in-person when I am in the Austin area.
What are your rates?
50 minute session for individuals are $175
50 minute session for couples are $200.
I offer reduced rates for a limited number of clients. Please inquire if a reduced rate would help make counseling accessible.
